These mixes were done as "side projects" of The Frequency Mutineers. That is, they're sets done by individual members of The FM working on their own time. The performances tend to be more focused on a specific genre than the work of The FM which tends to be very eclectic. For example, Dr. Thanatos' sets are typically Gothic, Spare Parts' are typically Experimental, DJ What the Bleep's are typically Ragga Jungle, and Whisper Friend's are typically Intelligent Dance Music.
